Every POLYVALA shipment is documented so your receiving and customs teams can act with confidence. We are a sourcing and distribution partner, so consistent documentation and verifiable quality are how we earn repeat orders.

Documents with every shipment

• COA (Certificate of Analysis) — per lot, with the key properties for that grade.
• MSDS / SDS — material safety data sheet.
• Packing list & Commercial invoice — prepared for your customs clearance.
• Bill of Lading (B/L) — for FOB, CIF or DDP shipments.
• Certificate of Origin — on request.

Independent inspection

SGS or Bureau Veritas (BV) third-party inspection can be arranged on request before shipment. We also support pre-shipment samples and TDS review so specifications are confirmed before you commit to an order.

Compliance

We prepare REACH and RoHS documentation where applicable and can supply supporting declarations on request. Tell us your target market and we will confirm the documentation required for customs clearance.
