When you submit an inquiry or quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the material or grade you are interested in, estimated quantity, destination port and your message. We also receive the standard technical information your browser sends with any web request, such as IP address and page visited.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and send you candidate grades, TDS, COA and lead times.
- To prepare quotations, proforma invoices and shipping documents if you order.
- To keep a record of the commercial correspondence for accounting and customs purposes.
- To improve our product pages and the clarity of our published specifications.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
3. Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to fulfil your request: the producer or warehouse that would supply the material, the freight forwarder or courier handling your shipment, and our email and hosting providers. These parties receive only the information needed for that specific step.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and export record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your inquiry and there is no open order or legal retention duty, we delete it.
